Whose Bucket List was it?
The idea of the bucket list has been around for quite some time. It is based upon the idea that you should make a list of things to do before you die. While the idea sounds kind of morbid, it is actually a great way to set goals for yourself. Many people blame the stresses of everyday life for not allowing them to do the things they really want to do. So if you make a bucket list you may be more likely to reach those goals.
The idea of the bucket list really came about in the movie “The Bucket List” starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. They find out they have cancer so they decide to create a list of things they want to do before they pass away. They go on these amazing adventures and do these extraordinary things. The lesson learned is that we all should be setting goals and having adventures such as these, regardless of our health status.
Some people look at it in a morbid sense while others feel it is a fresh new take on life. Just because you create one of these lists for yourself does not mean you have to be on your death bed. It is a good way to set goals for yourself and stop being so stressed out about life. You will find yourself having more fun and feeling healthier than ever. Why? Because you are doing what you love to do which is what everyone should be doing.

So you are probably wondering what you should put on this list. Well, there are no limits! You can go skydiving or fly to France, or even race in a marathon. The sky is the limit. You can even start off simple like going to see a Broadway show or taking dance lessons. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, it just has to be what you want to do.

Daily stresses can get the best of us so it is important to take the time to appreciate the simple things in life. You should never neglect those things.
